Have
you ever moved away from your friends and met someone else that
became your best friend? Well, I have. It all started when I was at
Frankfort Elementary School with all my friends. I went home and my
mom told me something, and it was that I had to move in a month. I
was so excited, but when I got thinking about it I was sad that I had
to move away from my friends. I had no idea why we had to move. The
next day I walked to school and told all my friends the bad news.
They got sad as much as I was. I went back home after school and told
my mom that I was sad to move away but excited at the same time. My
mom said, “Well, Anthony, I had to move too when I was your
age.”
About a
month later we had 4 days to pack and so we did. I went to school
and I came home and the whole house was almost empty. I said, “Holy
cow!”
My mom
said, “How does it look?”
I said, “Good
so far, and we are almost done packing.”
The
next morning I went to school. My friends said, “When are you
moving?”
I
said, “On Sunday.” They gave me gifts and had a party
for me. They gave me hugs and a goodbye. They were saying, “We
will miss you.”
I
said, “I'll miss you guys too.”
I
got a hug from my girlfriend and she said, “I love you and I
will miss you.” She gave me a picture of her, so I gave her a
picture of me. We said goodbye. My mom picked me up at the end of
the day and went to the house. All the things were packed and all we
had to do was take the things in the truck. Then we got done and
left. We went to Burger King, ate and then we left to go to our new
house.
We
moved to newport and when we got there we unpacked and got all the
things. We put it all in the house. Then we just took a mattress or
two and laid them down on the floor, got our sleeping stuff and then
went to bed. The next day we put the stuff where it should be and
made our beds in our rooms. When we got done we ate supper and then
we had a talk about that it is almost school time for me and my
brothers.
The
next day we went to the stores, got school supplies and went home.
My mom said, “Tomorrow is school.” I got ready for
school. I got my school supplies and got them ready and put them in
my new backpack. Then I took a shower and went to bed.
My
mom woke me up and I got ready, but I was very nervous. I couldn't
wait, but I was ready. When I got there my mom took me in and my
teacher, Mrs.Monnet, was all ready there in the main office. She said
welcome and how am I and I said that I'm good. she took me to her
classroom. she showed me where I was suppose to go in the morning and
where breakfast was. She also showed me what to do and things like
that. Then she took me to her room.
Then
I saw and met Celia, and we told each other about ourselves. We
became good friends and then we became best friends. we Never got mad
at each other. We played all the time at recess and told jokes
together. She had good jokes. we worked together and did a lot
together. We always had fun. It was during winter and that's how I
met Celia.
